Once you place an order, our team works quickly to process and prepare it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may not be processed until the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select locations. Orders will arrive the next business day if placed before 3:00 PM PST.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the shipping method and the delivery destination. You will see the shipping charges at checkout before completing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery country.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to several countries outside the United States. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs processing can occasionally cause delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after your order has shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to certain international locations due to carrier restrictions, including some remote or restricted regions. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer alternative shipping options.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed by the customer, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending undeliverable packages.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure your order is delivered on time, please understand that shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, or increased demand during peak seasons. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

It is important that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or missing address information.
